All claims will be filled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (Civil code for natural persons, Commercial code for legal entities).
All goods are covered by statutory warranty period of 24 months unless stated otherwise in the product description.
The claim can be discarded when :
- The product has been damaged during shipment (obvious damage to the goods or its packaging needs to be addressed immediately with the carrier. The customer is not obliged to collect such goods from the carrier and must immediately inform the vendor about the detected damage).
- The product has been damaged by improper installation, improper handling or operation carried out in contravention of the user manual.
- The product was being used under conditions that did not correspond to the parameters and requirements specified in the documentation.
- The product has been damaged by the elements.
- The product has been damaged by excessive load or use contrary to the conditions specified in the documentation.
- The product has been damaged as a result of being plugged in a power grid that does not match the corresponding ČSN standards.
The complaint procedure :
- Inform us about the complaint by phone or via e-mail
- Send the goods as a registered parcel to our address
- State the reason for the claim and attach a copy of the invoice
Your complaint will be filled as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days from its reception.
